[ He's thankful he ran into Corrin when he did. Travelling by yourself was never a smart thing to do and definitely not in this day and age. Though perhaps people might think oddly seeing two kids on the road...or by all appearances look like children. Elden looked down to them as Corrin sifted through the map and hearing the arrival time? Elden let out a long breath of relief. ]

Well, that's good at least. Better arriving after nightfall. Despite how pretty this place looks I don't really want to wait and see what comes out after daytime.

[ Maybe he shouldn't worry so much. The day was warm and the sun shone bright, a day where nothing truly bad could happen. But, even while he wore that smile he could feel his hands shake from an unknown worry.

To keep his hands busy and trying not to focus on their shaking he pulled his coin purse from his side and began to look through it. ]

We've got enough for a night's rest and some supplies but we're going to need to make some coin, fast.

Well, it’s, um, a pretty small place so I’m not sure how much work we’ll be able to find there, but…

[He pursed his lips, bringing the map up again to trace another path, murmuring quietly under his breath as he deliberated on the next potential course of action.]

It looks like Easthaven is the next closest city and it’s not terribly far from Banbury. A little under five hours out if we make good time. If we can’t find anything in the village we could always try our luck there instead.
